Established in Ahmedabad in 2013, Saanvi Nirman began when our founders came together with a shared passion for the built environment and a belief in doing things right. What began as a venture soon grew into a vision: to create homes that do more than shelter, but grow with the lives lived within them.

The name reflects that vision. Saanvi, inspired by Goddess Lakshmi, represents wealth, fortune and prosperity. Nirman, from Sanskrit, means creation, construction and formation.

Together, they express what we aspire to create with every project: spaces thoughtfully built to become part of a life well-lived, and investments that can grow into lasting value and prosperity.

Today, with over 5 million sq. ft. of construction, we continue to create with the same purpose.

His calm leadership and forward-looking approach continue to shape the homes Saanvi Nirman creates.

Shaival Patel

With over three decades in real estate, Shaival Patel brings deep experience in sales, finance, communication and customer relationships to Saanvi Nirman. Known for his pragmatic approach and customer-first mindset, he believes quality extends beyond construction to the experience after possession. His discipline and perseverance continue to shape the way the company builds relationships.
